Super Dragon.

I know it is almost a day before Inspiration Friday and I am writing about something that gets me inspired, but I blame a certain friend that put the idea for the picture in my head. Also I get another chance to nerd out about Superman. So has everyone seen the new trailer? Every time I think I can't get more excited for this movie they put out a new trailer and I start drooling—not really drooling of course I am an adult(he is lying he means actually drooling in front of his computer screen).

I get that most people think Supes is an overpowered character and authors love to use him as an example for what not to write in your heroes. For me though he is that guy you look to for some of the most humbling of moral stands. He to me—as I have said multiple times— is a great symbol for hope and strength and pulling through to show by example what being a good person is all about. Okay I will step off my soapbox now and show the clip, watch, enjoy, drool a long with me.

  3. It is a cool video and I'm sure I'll watch it - looking forward to it. I am worried that it won't be as good as the original (although knowing that Lawrence Fishburne is in it is hopeful), and the Superman is not a cute as Christopher Reeve. :)

P.S. - I've nominated you for some blog awards, and hope you will check it out and post acceptances. It's located at:

    1. Oh I know Mr. Fishburne makes any movie he is in better. I think it will surpass all other Superman and comic movies. This is comic from someone who grew up loving the original and has a collectors addition of all the first movies.

Cool, ty for the awards I'll try to set something up.

  5. I think the new Superman will come with a lot more flaws and damaged background than previous ones, making him more believable. Snyder is a hit or miss director, but with Nolan as one of the producers, I have high hopes for Man of Steel.

    1. Me too, I don't necessarily need a grittier Superman, but a deeper story is very welcome. I think this will be a knock out of the park.

  6. Your draft made me smile. I don't see anything wrong on drooling over your heroes. I have heroes too. Not Superman precisely but very close. And my jaw also drops in awe. :)
